BOBBY PEDRICK WAS BORN ROBERT PEDRICK ON JANUARY 3, 1946 IN BROOKLYN, NEW YORK…HE FIRST RECORDED AT THE AGE OF 12 FOR BIG TOP RECORDS. HIS RECORDING OF “WHITE BUCKS AND SADDLE SHOES” ON BIG TOP RECORDS (BIG TOP 3004) CHARTED ON NOVEMBER 10, 1958 AND CLIMBED THE BILLBOARD HOT 100 TO NUMBER 74. THE SINGLE RECORD REMAINED ON THE CHART FOR 4 WEEKS…THE SINGLE BECAME MUCH MORE POPULAR IN VARIOUS MARKETS. THE “B” SIDE OF THE RECORD WAS “STRANDED”, IT DID NOT CHART.
